For Clients:

Having worked in investment management for over a decade, I understand how firms operate from the inside and how the pieces of the puzzle fit together. Understanding the client’s needs is the first step to conducting a successful search. I thoroughly vet candidates before submitting them for consideration to streamline the process and minimize the work required by the client. With each resume submission, I include a brief candidate summary describing the candidate and how their experience relates to the search. I continue to manage the candidates throughout the process, assist in scheduling interviews, and obtain feedback post-interview until an offer is made and accepted.

For Candidates:

Job searching can be stressful and I pride myself on partnering with the candidates I work with to help them navigate the process. I am upfront, honest, and communicative about the career opportunities throughout the hiring process and treat candidates with respect by being responsive to e-mails and phone calls. I aim to partner with candidates for the long-term, - if one opportunity is not a fit something else might be in the future.
